About us. What do we do?

We liquidate estates.

Priced or tagged sales. Our commission is based on a percentage of the final sales figure. We provide a full service - identify, price, organize, display, advertise, sell, document all sales, and clean-up when done. In some cases we will sell items on the internet for you to obtain the highest dollar possible. In most cases we will settle the sale with a cashier's check within 10 days after the sale and the house is empty. Residual items are donated to a charity in your name.

We buy either complete or partial estates.

We will buy out the entire contents of your house to the point of leaving an empty house. Those items that are useful but not salable will be donated to charity in your name.

Some clients do not have enough items for us to conduct an estate or moving sale. At that time we will determine a fair value for the items to be purchased. We can also empty the house as described above.

Professional Appraisals.

As an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers we provide formal appraisals for: Probate, Estates, Insurance, Division of Property & Charitable Donation.

Pricing Assistance.

Provide informal appraisal advise and pricing assistance for those who want to know the value of items and want to sell at your own convenience.

eBay consignment.

If you have items you would like sold, and the original purchase price was over $50.00 we can sell them for you on eBay.  We do all the work, and you receive a check (minus fees, and commission) after they're sold.
